The location is also part of the Unione Ristoranti del Buon Ricordo network. Today, chef and patron Max Masuelli is the heir of a tradition able to mix the Lombardy-Piedmont tradition with a modern creative spirit.
Here you can find typical specialties as the risotto alla Milanese, polenta with hog jowl, raw fassone beef meat from Piedmont and the Milanese breaded cutlet.
Moreover, you can find dishes such as chickpea velvet sauce with prawns, tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, or the monkfish with fresh tomatoes, grilled zucchini, olives and basil. The restaurant also offers a great selection of raw ingredients and gourmand home-made desserts with mascarpone cream.
