The menu changes every month. The chef uses only seasonal products: "mine, is a menu where what you read you really get", he says. A la carte, you can ask for a traditional octopus with chickpeas cream or a zucchini flowers tempura stuffed with Taleggio cheese. Moreover, taste the Ziti Italian Meatballs (a special size of pasta with tomato sauce and meatballs), the tortelli (dumplings) stuffed with peas with Sicilian red prawns. Would you like a dessert? The Cassata Rivisitata (a sweet cream made with Ricotta cheese) and the Baci di Dama (biscuits filled with hazelnuts cream) are delicious.
