Tasty sushi and sashimi to enjoy in an enchanting zen parlour

"We wanted to create a place where the guest could pleasantly relax", says Daniele Zhang, owner with his wife Cristina Hu of the Japanese restaurant Miyama.

A Jap place different from the Oriental minimalism, it is hosted in a refined apartment house with an enchanting zen garden, where you can eat in summer and winter far away from the traffic.

What to try? The specialties range from the asparagus roll in tempura and scalded salmon to the tender futomaki Miyama, precious and tasty morsels of lobster; and also, the exotic maki of salmon and avocado, with basil and mango sauce, and the rucolino maki with rocket and salmon.
