Restaurant Dim Sum in Milan

From China, a new tasty trend that has travelled all around the world

The lightness of steam, the strength of the flame. Water and fire. They are the protagonists in the spectacular cuisine of Dim Sum restaurant.

Contemporary design and the possibility to taste the Oriental tapas, the dim sum: mini-dishes of the traditional Chinese cuisine, a mix of small treats served in bamboo baskets. Match it with a bottle of Champagne Perrier-Jouët.

Start the menu with jiaozi and shao mai, the former also known as chinese raviolo and the latter as open raviolo. Made with home-made fresh pasta of soft wheat and rice, they can be prepared in many ways.

Another must-try delicacy? The steamed shao mai with prawns, the seaweed raviolo with pork meat, mushrooms and goji berries, or the “pechinese” spicy ones. And then also the yuan, meat or fish balls, and the baozi, steamed bread dumplings with a heart of pork meat and honey.
