Restaurant Ca' Bianca in Milan

Jazz music and cabaret on the Naviglio Grande

A rustic building, with an ancient court and a neat garden, the Ca’ Grande restaurant is situated on the left bank of the Naviglio Grande. The three main salons and the privées, decorated with grand pianos and small stages, often host jazz exhibitions and cabaret.

Chef Lorenzo Acerbi’s menu values Italian regional traditional food: codfish with fried aubergine and thyme; spaghetti alla chitarra with clams, celery and bottarga; beef tenderloin with green pepper and Milanese veal chop.

Last but not least, the desserts. Millefoglie pastry with berries, a small chocolate pie with a gianduia core, tiramisù with moscato wine and marron glacé.
