Mastgood in Milan

Mastgood, easy and young store in Loreto district, offers a typical Italian specialty of Romagna: the piadina. What is it? A disc of dough prepared with flour, water, salt and lard, filled and closed in half. There are also two other versions of piadina: the vegan one (without lard), and the gluten free one (prepared with a mix of flour of rice and corn).

There are different fillings. The most traditional is with ham, scquaquerone (a typical Italian creamy cheese) and arugula, but you can also taste that one with bresaola (beef) or salami, Grana Padano cheese and arugula. You can also choose single ingredients and customize the piadina as you like. Mini versions are available, perfect for a light lunch or fast break.
