Among massive columns, evocative arches, the courtyard and the loggia of the ancient Basilica of St. Michele- now site of the Children’s Museum- it is possible to taste the striking chef’s creations, carefully refined and beautifully presented.
They range from the salmon tartare, to the courgettes’ flan, to the lasagna natural style. Among the main courses, the roast beef with soft burrata accompaniment is much sought-after. The dark chocolate small pie is perfect to end the meal on a sweet note.
Diego Ferrari, the bartender, has created a special drinklist for the aperitifs; they take place every night, and are often accompanied by famous dj set from the Milanese clubbing scene.
