A mozzarella bar where you can taste handmade cheese

Orobianco ("white gold") is a cozy food shop where you can taste a selection of Italian handmade cheeses. It is located in Porta Venezia district. Here you can eat some delicious specialties such as mozzarella, provola, ricotta (fresh whey cheese) and stracciatella (fresh cheese). Moreover, you can see how to make mozzarella.

The shop is open from Monday to Saturday all day long. During the happy hour, the so called "aperitivo", from 6 pm to 9 pm, for 10 Euro, you can taste lots of Italian delicacies. For example: Prosciutto di Parma (Parma ham), mortadella tartufata (pork sausage with truffle), speck and Milanese salami. Moreover, you can ask for a caprese (tomato, mozzarella and basil salad) or a parmigiana (deep-fried eggplant, cheese and tomato sauce). Something to drink? Have a glass of white wine such as Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino or Falanghina beneventana.
